I have done business with this establishment several times and didn't realize until my most recent visit that they are a rip off! I was offered a LOW price for a ring I wished to sell. I refused the offer and went to a different establishment the very next day and was given an offer for more than double of Gold Standard's offer. I feel silly now thinking of all the money I probably could have gotten elsewhere from the items I sold to Gold Standard over the years. Gail was great to work with. I will go thru the rest of my jewelry to bring more to Gail. She was honest and took the time to explain the process of determining if the jewelry was in fact gold. I learned about the process. Looking forward to selling more gold jewelry. Thank you Gail
