I went to The Gold Mine in Hackettstown yesterday to sell some silver, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Eric, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and very honest about the process and pricing. What really stood out to me was how he treated a very elderly couple who were in front of me selling a large amount of old jewelry. I was at the coin show in Hackettstown at the legion this past Saturday. I bought a bunch of mint and proof sets along with a nice Morgan dollar. I got a great deal and they where super nice. I will definitely be visiting their shop In the future.

What a wonderful experience! Eric took the gold jewelry, and right in front of me, analyzed each piece for gold validity & content using a gold testing kit. He didn't take any pieces in the back (where I couldn't see)- as a result his analysis was done right in front of me. Super easy to sell and Eric is very kind.

This was my first time at this establishment. I was looking for a pawn service near my home and unfortunately the closest spot had an awful reputation for shady business practices. I always do my homework first before I conduct business with anyone for the first time. This joint was praised by virtually everyone who submitted a review and/or star rating.
