My business used Hope several years ago for product photos. My experience with Hope was not a positive one. She was always late delivering the photos, did not respond to messages, and what she delivered did not warrant her prices for her services. Additionally we agreed to pay her a yearly fee to continue using the photos on our website. Eventually we found another New Orleans photographer that was great and delivered better pictures. Very good customer service from Hope. She collaborated with me via phone prior to my photo shoot with 5 of my close sorority sisters. She sounded very amiable and upbeat and was committed to finding a place that I thought would be fitting for the occasion. Hope arrived to our location on time and had great ideas regarding poses.
