The staff are obnoxiously rude and give zero care towards the well-being of patients.

Rude staff
Fabulous Specialists & wonderful service. My only complaint is that a majority of people were in foot braces etc, including my 84 year old Mother who is in a wheel chair, unless you can get a park at the front, rarely, you had to park underneath the building & push the wheel chair up a very steep rise, which is the driveway into the car park. There was no lift. Only stairs. Absolutely ridiculous.
