One of the most demeaning interactions I’ve had as a customer. As someone with experience buying and selling watches, I’ve never had an evaluation handled this way. The way the situation was handled, from the lack of communication to being told to "Get out" felt extremely dismissive. I walked out of there feeling extremely disrespected.
