I had few brand new watches to change batteries, but then I discovered five of them were scratched, and two of them had actually scratches in the frame . After I pointed this out to the owner, he said he will fix it and that that never happened. .. he said it was a mistake and these things happen during changing batteries, not before the service but after damage was done. New watches that are pretty expensive are scratched and not valuable. I should have gone to Lanka, they will at least try to fix the issue.

Really good store with fabulous owner. We had a lot of batteries changed in our watches. I would recommend for any type of service. Thank you for what you guys do.

Exceptional customer service! This shop is truly one of Mission’s hidden gems. I had some jewelry repaired and cleaned here, and the pricing was incredibly fair. I deeply appreciated the honesty and quality of the work. When I offered to leave a tip out of gratitude, the owner kindly declined and simply asked me to spread the word. In addition to their excellent service, they also carry a beautiful selection of jewelry and an impressive array of unique Indigenous items. Highly recommended!
