I loved living here and honestly it was so hard to say goodbye. The community here felt like family, Waylon is a thoughtful and kind landlord who is always striving to improve the community, and the location is unbeatable. Golden is a great place to live and you can’t go wrong living next to the river and right in downtown! I lived here for almost 3 years and it was an incredible experience. I lived here for about 1 year (2021-2022). Overall I did not have any major complaints during my lease. Pros: - Friendly and hard working maintenance staff. - Location is great! Walkable area. -Spacious units Cons: - No in unit laundry. Laundry facilities only cleaned out once a week! Could only pay with quarters for the machines. - Some security issues, non-residents have easy access to the space.
