Our son loves Goddard New Albany! His teachers are great and he’s made so many friends. He loves going! It’s always clean and they communicate really well. We really enjoy the updates and the pictures!
Our baby loves it here, loves his teachers and never has a problem being dropped off. The staff and teachers are long term and have great relationships with the children.
A video implied that my child was left crying, completely unsupervised in the bathroom with the door closed while other kids were eating popsicle celebrating the birthday— something they themselves admitted in their own incident report. Instead of pursuing legal action, we gave the center a chance to do the right thing. But communication was a nightmare. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Goddard NA! The teachers are warm, caring, and truly invested in each child’s growth. The communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel informed about my child’s day and progress. The facility is clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that keep the kids learning and having fun. My child is always excited to go in the morning and comes home happy. We couldn’t ask for a better environment for our little one! Highly recommend!
