The teachers and faculty here have made my transition from maternity leave to return to work a breeze. I can drop off my daughter and feel comfortable knowing she’s in excellent care and gets to learn and grow while at it. I only know the teachers in the infant room and front office so far, but I watch other children from other rooms come and go in the building and they look very happy.
Our son loves Goddard New Albany! His teachers are great and he’s made so many friends. He loves going! It’s always clean and they communicate really well. We really enjoy the updates and the pictures!
Our baby loves it here, loves his teachers and never has a problem being dropped off. The staff and teachers are long term and have great relationships with the children.
A video implied that my child was left crying, completely unsupervised in the bathroom with the door closed while other kids were eating popsicle celebrating the birthday— something they themselves admitted in their own incident report. Instead of pursuing legal action, we gave the center a chance to do the right thing. But communication was a nightmare.
