Where do I even start… this place is unorganized from the front desk all the way up to the owner. Kiara and Valerie stay confused and act like they don’t know what’s going on half the time. I should’ve walked away when I came for my tour and nobody even knew I had an appointment. Then you have the owner, Sarah, who approaches parents with wrong information and zero accountability. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE This place is a mess. Front desk acts confused, management acts judgmental, and nobody takes accountability. They lost my payment, accused me of not paying, then suddenly “found it” with ZERO apology. Just excuses. Meanwhile, I’m paying full-time for my kids and still getting questioned like I’m the problem. Also, being told where I can’t park while I have a handicap tag? Yeah… no. Save yourself the stress. Very unorganized and customer service is nonexistent.
The staff and teachers are friendly, the classrooms are clean, and the environment feels safe. Children are looked after well, and the weekly and monthly activities keep them engaged. Overall, it’s a good, reliable pre-school.
Kiara is extremely unprofessional in her work, and it is hard to communicate with her.
