I had an incredible treatment with Sophia, and I can’t recommend her enough. Her manual osteopathy treatment was deeply relaxing while also being extremely effective. I came in with significant neck tension, and I noticed relief almost immediately. After the session, my neck felt looser, lighter, and far more mobile. Sophia has a calm, professional presence and clearly understands the body as a whole. If you’re looking for manual osteopathy for neck pain relief, she is amazing.
I've been to see Rikki Jane for relaxation massage a couple of times, and she was beyond wonderful! She was effective, intuitive, and I left feeling better than I went in everytime. Their spot in Sherwood Park is super convenient, and I'll certainly come back!
