Just had a massage with Rikki and it was amazing! She listened to all my complaints and asked thorough questions, you can tell she’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does! 10/10 recommend :)

I was fortunate to be chosen as the winner of their holiday giveaway which included 20 hour long sessions in the cold plunge/sauna room, shockwave therapy, a massage and a cupping session. This place is on the cutting edge of physiotherapy treatments for athletes. They dont make you do exercises, or waste time having you sit on machines during your visit. They actively treat you using ART, Graston, Dry Needling, Accupuncture with electrolosis. I can not say enough good things, the Owner is always taking courses and bringing in new tools and knowledge.
