I love this gym so much! I was never someone who EVER liked working out until I found The Glute Station. The trainers and other members are all so encouraging! It’s such a wonderful community of woman of all shapes and sizes. I now feel so much more confident with gym equipment and I’m feeling amazing about my results!
I have been going here since they opened. Love the classes and also the ability to go and use the gym to train on my own. The trainers are lovely and knowledgable and the equipment is so much better than any other gym I've been to. Connie the owner is one of the kindest and most dedicated people I have ever met. I've bought friends to the class before who still to his day talk about how amazing and challenging the class was and how they worked muscles they never even knew they had!
I learned so much and felt so welcome at the glute station. Amazing team who were so attentive and supportive on my fitness journey. Thank you for everything! X
