This was my first time going to Faith for highlights, and she did absolutely incredible work—I love it! She truly listened to what I wanted and far exceeded my expectations. I love coming to this salon. The atmosphere, layout, and—most of all—the hairstylists make it such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. There’s a cute reception and waiting area, along with a beautiful display of the product lines they offer. The separate spa rooms are sectioned off with curtains for privacy rather than doors, and my absolute favorite feature is the relaxation rock salt room. I’m genuinely disappointed with the service my daughter and I received. We were excited to try this salon for a special event, and I came prepared with clear photos of the style she wanted. What she walked out with wasn’t even close. On top of that, I was charged more than double the price that was quoted online. I received a Brazilian Blowout and color service from Paola and experienced a significant chemical reaction on my scalp. Color was applied immediately after the Brazilian without discussion or consent, which I later learned goes against the manufacturer’s guidance.
