Put me at ease from the moment I arrived, made me feel comfortable and safe. There were snacks and drinks available, music on in the background and time was taken to make me feel i was being listened to and my concerns heard. Was quick and efficient and overall a great experience! It was my first wax in over 10 years and i was very anxious but i had nothing to worry about. Would recommend!
