The 1 stars is a direct reflection on the company/owner and not Dr Cynthia. I had my 360 and Bra roll completed 8/29/25. I had paid for a fat transfer but after talking with the Dr we decided not to do it as I wouldn't get the results I wanted. I loved her honesty. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for the 3k refund. I am over 100 days without a refund. After asking and bothering my newest point of contact I was told the owner has decided to send me a check. That was 11/17 and I have yet to receive my money back. I loved everything about it. However, once I found out, I was unable and not cleared by my doctor for the surgery, I had to call and request for my deposit back the very first time I was told there was no refund available. Today is my 2 week post op from a 360 plus bra roll and Doing wonderful. First any procedure you decide to do is a commitment. The first week is tough but remember it was surgery however you look at it. The most important thing after any lipo is lymphatic massage. Jessica is amazing and you have to get massages to loosen any scar tissue. The staff starting with Amber who does your consultation was very informative.
