Excellent support and foundation for post natal training. Betsan sets the training to suit your requirements. Still now she checks and supports my core and works with me on my Diastasis. Always smiling in training this is one group I love being part of. The training is slow and controlled and has helped in transform my body back after baby number 2. 5 ⭐ trainer in Cardiff South Wales. Pre and Post Natal.

I highly recommend Betsan! Having had my first child 9 months ago, I needed some specialist advice and motivation to get back on the road to fitness. She explained how I could restrenghten my core muscles and checked for Diastasis Recti. Her classes have helped me reconnect with my body and activate my pelvic floor. Best of all... my baby comes with me and has fun too.

I had my second little girl 3 years ago & knew my stomach wasn’t right even though I had got back into exercise. Betsan knew straight away it was a Diastasis & was able to give me a specific programme to follow that fixed my stomach & gave me the knowledge to carry on training in the right way. She was so positive & explained everything so clearly. I would highly recommend Betsan as she’s given me my confidence back in exercise after having children & is very, very good at what she does.
