They are caring, compassionate and have a genuine interest in helping people achieve the very best version of themselves. The staff offer supportive and respectful communication which not only includes the psychologists but the practice manager and administration staff alike. If you're wanting a quality service from highly skilled and professional staff, then I'd recommend contacting the team at The Glow Center.
I have nothing but positive things to say about The Glow Centre - the psychologists and support staff are all so approachable, helpful, professional, and friendly. I'm really surprised to see a couple of negative reviews here, my experiences have always been fantastic!
Absolutely wonderful psychologist, but from admin staff perspective - awful and very uncomfortable way of dealing with customers who don't feel safe for their credit / debit card details to be stored on file. I was lectured in presence of another client how I should read info in emails, how I need to find another practice since I expressed the concern about storing my card details, how I need to be understanding with the staff shortage etc etc. I had my card available for payment and paid on the spot, just didn't give a cons... read more
