Impeccable customer service! The nail tech who was assigned to me did an excellent job on my gel manicure & pedicure... they seriously pay close attention to detail and consistently strive for perfection when in it comes to nails! They take their everything look flawless!
The french manicure I received was very disappointing. The lines are neither clean nor even. Mail shows through on white parts. The nail polish is uneven and the “manicured” nail feels rough to touch. I pointed out to technician and she dismissively answered that’s how regular nail polish.
