I’ve been going here for a few months. Thai is my nail specialist each time and each time does a fantastic job! Tara did a pedicure for me and was equally fantastic and so kind. I will continue to go to The Glossary and ask for these two. Thai did a Cat Eye polish for me today and I don’t think I can go back to anything else!!!
Save your money. The staff is rude, do not explain the prices and take advantage of their customers.
Horrible and unfriendly customer service. Salon is practically empty every time I walk in and I can see why based on all of these recent reviews along with my own personal experience. Only really went here because it was convenient to where I live but not interested in continuing to support this business for what they charge along with such a mediocre manicure and unfriendly service provided by Luna.
I went here today with colleagues and loved it. Very friendly personnel. Terra did a fantastic job on my toe nails. Thank you! I would definitely come back.
