They deserve zero starts and it would be generous. I called ahead of time if they are doing kids nails, they said yes. We went with ny 3 year old and they were super mean, no smiles, no interaction and doing a terrible job with my mani and her polish. Then she had to go to the bathroom and the person had the audacity to berate(a 3 year old) for messing her nails. What the actual??!!! Avoid at all costs. You expect and deserve better for 40 dollars
She is truly lovely and did an absolutely amazing job! She gave me a gorgeous birthday set, and I will definitely be back.
Thai has been my nail tech for a few months with gel x and gel refills. He’s very patient with my needs and requests. Once he’s learned my preferences, I feel that I can go in and literally close my eyes and he’ll do my nails perfectly and exactly how I like them. I’m grateful to have found this nail salon after searching Reston and Fairfax for high quality work. All the techs at the studio are excellent as well!
I really wanted to like this place, but I’m not sure about the skill level here. I came in just to have my nails removed, keep the same shape and length, and get a clear coat. They didn’t seem to know how to fully remove my old nails, and the cutting/shaping was also off. I usually give shops a second chance, but based on this visit, I don’t think I’ll be back. Thanks for trying though.
This place is truly wonderful. They are incredibly professional. They offer a vast array of nail polish options, the prices are very affordable, and the interior is absolutely stunning.
