Overall, I had a great experience at The Glossary at the Reston Town Center. I was very satisfied with the service and look of my final nails. However, the gel manicure on my nails began lifting after 8 days, which isn’t normal. I don’t think my mani-pedi was worth $91 if my nails started lifting a week before they should have.
I went with my daughter on Friday, and by Sunday our nails were already chipped—after paying $175. Completely unacceptable. The technician rushed through the entire service with a bad attitude, couldn’t even handle simple designs, and didn’t bother asking basic questions about coating or color preferences. It felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. This was a terrible experience and a total waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Heidi is amazing - I'll never get a pedicure from anyone else. I usually opt for the glossary spa pedicure and always feel super pampered
Manicure was OK. Technician extremely unfriendly.
