Had a great experience at the shop the three women there was respectful and customer service was on point. Definitely going back and worth the money
The 2 women that did my hair did amazing job I will be going back there they have such a great vibe that I like and even though I was sleep in the chair half the time it was still a great experience
I've been going to Gloria for a few years. She does a great job on my hair. But her service is HORRIBLE. She doesnt respond to texts or calls when I try to make appointments to get my hair done. She will ignore for days & sometimes when she does respond it's 4 days later and she acts like its nothing. Its extremely horrible to treat your own clients like this. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. This lady is very unprofessional. I confirmed my appointment 3 times. She changed my appointment time to 9a. I was 15 minutes early. She was a no show. Called her number numerous times to see what happened, an hour later she answered and stated she would be at her shop in 30-40 minutes.
