I’ve never dealt with a company that is as thorough, professional and knowledgable! From training staff (Elise, Jiyoung) sales staff (Hannah,Ray) to the tech team and the CEO Kane, have been so pleasant to deal with. Responds quick to msgs and inquiries. The equipment UltraLux pro, MediLux & Twist CIT are amazing up to date technology. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Training with the Global Beauty Group has been really good - seamless and fun. We had Alyce for IPL and Jiyoung for Carbon Laser, Tattoo Removal, Skin Needling, Body Contouring, RF Skin Tightening and Product Infusion. It was all very thorough and extremely fun and engaging.

Had an amazing day of training with Ashleigh today, super professional and informative. Easy to follow along with while building a thorough understanding of each step of both treatment protocol and theory to the skin and treatment. Also have had such a supportive and positive experience with Hannah, she has been amazing to communicate with and has been such a big help with setting me up and making my start nice and easy!
