They need to upgrade all equipment.

ZERO stars if I could - I went to this car wash earlier this week and both auto car wash bays had cones in front of them. I guess they were not functioning and I probably should’ve taken that as a sign. But I had been there before in months past with no problems although it seems like the one bay on the left always has a cone in front of it.
