I received a gift card to this supposed magical place. Made 2 appointments and was canceled on both times with 30 minutes to spare, requested a refund that was met by deaf ears. At this point I'm going to have to go through a different route. Update: tried to schedule for a 3rd time and was canceled. filed small claim as this business is not returning calls texts or emails as to how i can get a refund of the gift card since they are not seeing patrons and at this point I don't even want to give them any kind of business

I tried to schedule an appointment for here for my Birthday party but then when I got to this place it was all empty and it looked like it hadn't been open for a while.
