Subject: Feedback on Disappointing Stay We were very disappointed with our recent stay at your Inn. The rooms were extremely small—so much so that we requested a change for our second night, which unfortunately made no difference. There was barely enough space to move around, let alone feel comfortable. It quickly became apparent that weddings and events are the main focus of the establishment, with overnight (weekend) guests being a much lower priority. Attended a bridal shower at Glenn Erin and was incredibly disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. The spa was hosting over four events at once, leading to poor service and serious accessibility issues. Our group was not allowed to use the only handicap-accessible bathroom or the only restroom with a changing table, which is unacceptable and discriminatory.
