There's a lady, name Janet, working with the 360 group who is the manager for 480 Ferry St in New Haven, who lies so much so that she can't keep up with her own lies. She gave my son a fob that's inoperable, delayed his furniture because we couldn't enter the building. She's never in the office, and lies about appointment she made. She's extremely deceptive. The residents said she is rarely there. I will need to put in for a transfer.
They steal our packages and they allowing people living in apts that are not on the lease like Daisy in Apt 204. Also, she's always making noises at 1am, 2am & 3am
