I waited here for almost an hour, and there were still one ahead of me. I understand that sometimes appointments can run longer than expected - that’s completely reasonable. But if that's the case, the clinic should avoid scheduling appointments so tightly. It’s frustrating and frankly inconsiderate to waste patients’ time like this, especially when they arrive on time. Please consider improving your scheduling process.
we called late try to get an appointment last minute for our boy who had an allergy we weren’t sure about. Clementine really went above and beyond and tried to assist, very good service and reliable which gave us a lot of confidence visiting this clinic. Easy parking and access, too. Strongly recommend.
Had appointment last week and wasn’t sure if medication worked on me so wanted to ask if i will need another appointment or just give myself more time. Reception telling me to book an appointment to figure that out. Received calls yesterday with No caller ID, expecting me to answer the call when it doesn’t even show caller numbers and no voicemail left.
