Dr Love Joy is a wonderful GP. She is kind, patient, caring and easy to talk to. I never feel rushed during consultations and she always takes the time to listen carefully and answer my questions. She has helped me through a few health issues recently and has always been very supportive and understanding. I really appreciate her warm and gentle approach. Highly recommend for Dr Love Joy!
One of my relatives who was in a lot of discomfort went to The Glen Superclinic. She advised the staff and doctor that she lived overseas so they were all aware. She paid for the consultation and an additional test and thought that was the end of it. However, an invoice arrived by mail over 2 weeks after the appointment with an additional charge that she was not informed about at the time of the appointment. We hope the doctors and staff learn from this and relay such information to patients in future.
Have been their regular patient since year 2020. My usual doctor is Dr. Jessica Ho. She is very responsible, reasonable, positive and considerate. I enjoy visiting her regularly. Turns out my body has back to normal after 2 months. She's been amazing to every patient. Therefore, she is always busy. If you want to book her for a general appointment, remember to make the appointment either online or call the reception 6 weeks prior. *I can't forget my blood infusion visit with her. I really want to take the second one. 🫶
