Laundry is broke literally every week, there are 3 washers and 3 dryers to a whole building and literally every single week, they’re broken. The hot water is out at least once a week and they always claim that it’s getting fixed, but it seems like they just bandaid it until the next time it breaks. The bathtub drains clog every week as well and it’s NOT our hair. This is supposed to be a gated apartment complex after 7 pm, and the gates are never shut.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! It sucks because we just moved to Arizona and this is our first place out here, we’ve lived here for about 3 months or so and the hot water is off almost every other day. “Maintenance” takes forever to do literally anything. The drains in BOTH of our tubs are clogged at least once a week with other peoples hair. Also, they claim they lock their gates after 7pm but since I’ve been here I haven’t seen those gates shut. Very Nice Place. Very Timely and no changes were seen from multiple visits
e new management team is a vast improvement over their predecessors. They are timely and consistent. They keep their word and things get fixed. It is great to be able to call the office and get an actual person.
