Worst company I have every delt with on the Internet, the longer the Internet has gone on the worst the buying experience has got, mistakes, lies, and altering of details has become the norm. Having said that I must note this is the worst company I have every had to deal with, they changed details on my order, never sent me confirmation so that they could change details. My first order was fantastic delivery spot on , I placed a second order and unfortunately I’m still waiting the order after being told it would be with me 5 days ago. After numerous phone calls the customer service team keep saying they’ll ring me back and they don’t . Correspondence is dreadful .

if I could complain I would, but the service was good and the product actually better than expected, top quality profiles... if I have one complaint I would give their sales staff a lesson in just communication, there's no up beat to them, its all a bit hard work... , apart from that good job

Avoid buying from this company, all lovely at first but we had a missing item which they said they would send straight away. Never happened. Keep emailing them with no answer. Have tried to call them but you cannot speak to anyone as you go straight to answer machine. Now thinking of Small Claim Court. Pathetic. Strongly advice to pay using Paypal, you might get a chance to see your money back at least.
