I would give 0 stars if I could for the manner in which the Medical Assistant's on duty today (08/20/2026 2:15 pm) conducted themselves when treating my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law has fluid on her brain and wanted the medical team to be fully prepared when working with her. With this in mind she filled out her new patient paperwork and returned it a MONTH in advanced; plenty of time to have read the paperwork in it’s entirety. The Glaucoma Center is "Top Notch!!" Dr. Hall and her staff here are truly professional and courteous EVERY-TIME that I come in. Dr. Hall explains in full detail my prognosis and what I can do to improve my eye health. "Zakia" is also so very helpful and a pleasure to work with! The doctors are fellowship trained glaucoma specialists, and I appreciate this, since this is a progressive and complex condition.
