Dr Alanna James has performed my Glaucoma surgery. Alongside her assistant whom I never new her name so we'll call the assistant the karate kid. The two of them are awesome, my vision has improved tremendously compared to when I first arrived.
Dr. James & staff was great. Ms. Debbie was a God-sent because two ladies I talked to, need communication trng. I had trouble focusing due to side conversations during tests. I enjoyed the moments by the water to exhale & relax my eyes. I'm glad I know what's going on with my eyes.
I recently had to undergo cataract surgery on my right eye. My insurance company referred me to The Glaucoma Center. Dr. Alexander F. Baten-Tschan was so warm and understanding of the scariness of the surgery and explained the process very well. Everyone in the office was kind and efficient. I always felt like I was in good hands and the surgery was painless and effective.
If you have glaucoma, these guys are who you need to talk to. They are wonderful, but very busy. Can’t miss your appointment!
