Dr Hu: detailed and efficient, Dr James: throughly explained plan and risks Staff are calm, explain each test and what it measures. Not a scary place even if you’re scared. 10/10
My husband and I had one of the most pleasant experiences at the Glaucoma Center location in Bowie Md. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic!!! From the initial welcoming staff, to Dr. Hu and the clinicians, everyone presented us with the highest level of patient service, professional demeanor, and overall efficiency!!! Dr Alanna James has performed my Glaucoma surgery. Alongside her assistant whom I never new her name so we'll call the assistant the karate kid. The two of them are awesome, my vision has improved tremendously compared to when I first arrived.
Dr. James & staff was great. Ms. Debbie was a God-sent because two ladies I talked to, need communication trng. I had trouble focusing due to side conversations during tests. I enjoyed the moments by the water to exhale & relax my eyes. I'm glad I know what's going on with my eyes.
