Have been using the Glassware Company for a number of years... great range, great service, good communication. This year we had a very short lead time in order to make our Presentation night....They did not disappoint and must have worked super hard to deliver in time. We will be back, hopefully with a more realistic time scales! Thanks Lisa and Steve. Have a great Christmas
Very disappointing experience. Over the phone I was quoted $2 per glass just to add a simple pouring line on my own glasses. I dropped off 24 glasses, with the understanding that they would be ready in 1 week as agreed. Unfortunately, it took nearly 3 weeks before they were ready. To make things worse, the pouring line should have been the standard 150ml, but when I received the glasses back, the line was marked at only 130ml. Overall, a waste of time and not what was promised.
Brilliant communication and customer care. The personalised port glasses I had done are sensational. Thank you!!
