While we haven't taken a class "YET" we love the shop and the beautiful pieces they make. Their customer service is outstanding! Twice we've gone into shop needing to glass inserts for cabinet doors; they lended great insight and took care of us on the spot! Recently when we needed an insert they cut a piece and finished it up for as a class was coming in...the only other thing I can say is thank you very much, you folks are great!!

Business response:

Thank you for sharing your good experience with us. Dave is the guy that helped you and he teaches most of our classes. He is always ready to help!

We had a group of art teachers who did the glass fusing pendants today! The store is beautiful, really enjoyed the warm atmosphere and conversation with the ladies! Dave was our instructor and he was so lively and helpful, full of tips and helpful info! Can't wait to pick up our pendants! We will definitely be back!

Our reservation was for 1:30 in the Central West End. We had a lot of time to kill and were not prepared to walk down Main Street to kill time. It was also 90 degrees that... read more

Business response:

Thank you for the review! We're glad you and your mother enjoyed the class. We have noticed that with our fusing classes that there are often people who are done quickly and others require the full amount of our class time.
