Dresses are in general disrepair, never answer phones, don't call back, and ignore voice-mails. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Such pretty dresses! My friend and I have been trying to get our prom dresses altered for a while now. We've called like a dozen times? They never answer! So today we went in to try to see them in person. Their website says that they close at 5. We got there at 4:46 and they were closed. Like omg get it together? Tltr Not worth it :/
