Went in to get a small piece of glass made, lady was rude, took measurements and said she didn't need the old glass, I insisted she keep it to get it right as it was critical and effecting my business security and I needed it right. She said it would be done in a couple days and she would call me..... Never heard back from anyone so I called a few days later at 2 and she said its been waiting for you..... Amazing costumer service!! My boyfriend went in looking for a specific type of glass for a project and they were able to help him find it in no time! Very knowledgeable and kind.
We are a tile contractor and were having to redo a shower. This company came out and removed the existing shower glass doors so we could install the new tile. In the process of our work we had to have them come back out again and recheck the measurements of the tile to make sure the glass would fit when they reinstalled it after the tile was done.
