I cannot trust a business that doesn't return calls and does not answer the phone, and when they do, it's as if I am bothering them. They are obviously too busy for my little project and even though the individual I spoke to stated that "someone would call", I just don't believe it. So, if you want to get your glass replaced, I would recommend going elsewhere.

I just call about prices and he was very helpful and honest as always , I have used them in the past for window and glass replacement they have always been fast and reasonably priced great people keep up the great work

I called to get an estimate on a shower door to be installed. I was given a date and time for Rob to come by for measurements and he didn't show up. I didn't receive a phone call or any notification that he was not coming. I called the office, spoke with another man and left a message for Rob to call the next work day and still have not receive that phone call.
