really happy with the customer service and work at the Glass Shop... I don't think you will find another company that is comparable in the work they do, but also how they deal with clients. I needed a broken window repaired and they were able to provide me with options for the repair and replacement and give me the best value. Office staff were always very friendly and accommodating, and the installers were easily the most friendly people I've met in Ottawa and very quick/efficient. Thank you

I had a very positive experience with the Glass Shop. I was experiencing problems with a brand-new shower glass door that kept rubbing. I spoke with Melissa, and she gave stellar customer service. She ensured that she understood what the issue was and went above and beyond to ensure it was rectified as soon as possible.
