They cracked a bit of glass while replacing a different piece of glass on our ranch slider. Left a great mess of metal shavings everywhere and all throughout the bottom track of the sliding door so when you opened the door it made crackling sounds. My pets could have cut their feet on these metal shavings. When we informed them of the poor job done the response was to ask for the remainder of the invoice to be paid. Had a break in this weekend and i called the glass guys and had someone here to fix it within 5minutes. Job didn't take long and they charged me normal pricing even though it was on a Saturday. Thanks for the help!
I ordered some glass for a poster I was framing for the granddaughter. It was cut 5mm too long and the Glass Guys sent a glazier to our home to trim it to the correct size....literally going the extra mile.
