Brand new truck...caught a rock thrown up by a passing truck. Insurance sent me to The Glass Guy. Fast service' chip repair is ALMOST undetectable...and better than I was expecting.
The crew here is awesome! They had the windshield fixed and calibrated in a few hours for a reasonable price.
I had a great experience from start to finish. I received a quote quickly, got my vehicle in the very next day, and they replaced my back window in just an hour and fifteen minutes. The customer service was excellent, and the office space was cozy—and wonderfully festive, which was a delightful bonus.
When my Subaru windshield cracked, the shop gave me a whole pitch about how the glass was “special” and the calibration process was critical—quoted me around $1,200, with $500 just for calibration. “Don’t worry,” they said, “your insurance will pick it up.” (Of course, insurance companies stay in business by making sure they always take in more than they pay out.)
