First impressions are lasting. Dawn is extremely unprofessional. This company might be great but it takes its people to make it great. I am so sorry you feel that way. We showed up at the correct time for our appointment and you did not answer the door. You then proceeded to call me and verbally abuse me. Your landlord apologized immensely for the time wasted on our busy schedule. I informed him normally we would reschedule but due to your abuse we could not do that. He knows us and our reputation. The Glass Guy is amazing! After we moved into our home, we had an old slider door handle break. We tried to fix that handle so many times and it never worked. Finally, we called The Glass Guy. They were the only people that actually knew what they were talking about and how to help us. They really went out of their way to help us not only fix it but get a more custom handle so our kids could open the door too.
