Stop taking money and not doing the work and delaying for months and months and refusing to refund. Improve customer relations, give back refunds for 12 month back orders, answer your phone and emails, etc.
Called to make an appointment for a short time window for a house I'm purchasing. Explained that I don't have access to the house and it's hard for me to do so at this time, so I needed someone to be there. They sounded understanding and made the appointment and was told "they'd be there" in the time window I had.
