I have had services done by this company in the past and it is extremely over priced. The man who answers the phone makes promises he does not keep, and does not show up even if you make an appointment. I called to get an update on when they would show up, rescheduled, and again they failed to do so. Do not recommend especially if you are looking for a dependable company.
I set an appt for Monday at 900am. I called at 830 to confirm and Frank said ill see you at 9. Showed up at 10 claimed there wasnt an appt for 9. I told him all my calls are recorded and I let him know it was supposed to be at 9. Wasnt very happy with me (about appt) claimed he wouldnt put a single pane in the top (even though a single was in the bottom) its improper or bad business to do so. I set up a previous appt and they cancelled and now late on this one with i guess creative differences.
Absolutely love my new windows! My house looks great now and Frank is so knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us, Thanks again and im recommending you to everyone I know!
