Great customer service. They were able to help restore/replace a mirror for an old medicine cabinet. Susan was extremely helpful, and kept us up to date on the progress. Very reasonable price as well. Highly recommended.
NOTE: To the negative review about the office assistant not knowing the products, please give people the benefit of the doubt! I'm sure you do not "know it all" either! I had a new year resolution to get in shape. I wanted a mirror wall to make sure I was doing my lunges and squats properly (lol). I googled and found glass guru. I talked to Susan. She was very helpful. Justin (i think that was his name), came out to measure for my mirror wall and gave me a reasonable quote. I got cheaper prices from other places, but they won my business because of their professionalism throughout the entire process. from quote to install. Thanks guys! Amazing customer service. The office personnel, Susan, spoke with me about all of the options for the glass table I wanted. I haven’t decided yet if I want to purchase it, but she was knowledgeable and very kind. She quickly gave me quotes and helped me figure out what would work best for my dining room to impress my guests while keeping to a budget. In the market for replacement windows. Called on several occasions to schedule an appointment but was unsuccessful. When asking the secretary questions about the windows, she could not answer them. It’s a shame that a customer is there calling and the business does not know how to take care of them and get them on the books. Nonetheless, my business will be taken elsewhere.
