So disappointed. We had Tom come out to assess some foggy windows. We were given a quote and a couple weeks later we put down a 50% deposit and scheduled a day in June. I was to have a baby in a few weeks but went to my appointment the day before our scheduled glass replacement and had our baby. I left a message and emailed Glass Guru stating we had just had a baby and I needed to confirm our appointment for the next day and any instructions. I'm a Realtor and my out of state buyer asked me to replace a few fogged windows in a building he bought in Midtown. Glass Guru did a 50% upfront cost with the balance paid after install. They took my clients money and never showed. Fast forward several months and the Glass Guru corporate spokeswoman say there's nothing they can do. My clients out over $400 dollars. Is this really a brand you want to support? Is this a franchise you'd really want to buy into?
