We had a difficult problem that was turned down by other companies.We have large wood windows with broken seals and wood rot.We thought we would have to replace all of them.Glass Guru came up with a plan at 1/3 the cost.The installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional.
I was trying to fix some old wood around my front window. It is a large arch foyer window. I broke it and called a couple of companies. I went with the Glass Guru because they were able to provide a quote for both fixing the rotten wood and replacing the window. They’re quote was also the most reasonable. His crew came when promised. They got right to work and were a pleasure to work with. They did great job with the wood repair and window replacement. I would recommend them. Thank you Larry and the crew.
If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. If you are looking for a company to honor their word and complete work within a timely fashion or better yet do the job at all. I'm warning you to please stay away. I contacted Glass Guru in back in October 2017.The only thing that was done with any sense of urgency was the estimate. DO NOT use this company. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because it didn't give me an option for zero stars. Harry came fairly quick to give me an estimate but after that its one excuse after another. He won't call you with any updates you have to call him. We had an appointment at 3:00 so I arranged my day around this appointment, he called to say his guys were held up on a job but they would still come over but it would be later. Harry was wonderful! I had three custom mirrors that I needed replaced in a hurry and Harry was able to get them done despite the fact that he was so busy with other bigger jobs. Will definitely go back there if I have any other glass or mirror jobs!
