Steven, owner of The Glass Center, scratched my car Attempting to replace the windshield on January 17th. I had Auto center fax him estimate on January 19th. It has been almost a month and I still have busted windshield And scratch. I don't know how Steven dresses himself every day. I had to take damage pictures And email them to His insurance company. At this point all he has to do is confirm the details to State Farm and we can get this repaired. Apparently it is too much to ask for.
The guys at the glass center are awesome. I had my window replaced almost instantly after calling. they showed up with the right glass and had it replaced in less than an hour. Ive had it for six months and it hasn't given me one problem. Great service, and great rates. Will recommend.
