Excellent Service and Attention!
I ordered custom glasses for my father with our family crest on them in his favorite color. I only had a jpeg of the crest. Jesse was able to take my Jpeg and making it look amazing for etching which was no easy task. Then when the glasses arrived the post office broke one unfortunately. Jesse made sure to rush me another one so I still had my father's full gift in time for Christmas. It was a pleasure to work with him and highly recommend his stuff as a great gift, my dad loved them!
Jesse was extremely friendly and helpful. I had to have another etched wine glass sent and via text, jesse filled my request and had it sent out the same day! Best store and service in Breckenridge! A must to stop in and see his custom capabilities!
We ordered an engraved bottle of wine as a shower gift for our son's wedding. We couldn't be more pleased with the product. It is stunning and looks identical to the invitation.
