I was really excited to try this place after visiting their grand opening, where they were offering lash lifts at a discounted price. She was fully booked that day, but I was told I could book the special through her website. When I did, the appointment showed as “pending.” There were no specific details on how long this special would last. The initial appointment was amazing and Jacqueline is professional and does wonderful work. My only regret is that she was not upfront with the charges. I was never told about the additional 6 week touch up charge. I feel that this should have been disclosed up front. I was told that I needed to return in 6 weeks, no mention of an additional charge. I would still recommend this business, just be sure they’re being upfront t with what they charge.
