I had my nails done there once which I loved can’t complain but the technician never got back to me to book a second appt after I reached out several times I’ve also tried to make an appointment and no one ever responds which is unprofessional then I went in to their site to purchase a few things because they do have nice things I was quickly charged back in January we are now in April and I have not received the products nor my money back I have reached out several times and no answer
