Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience at the salon, particularly with the stylist, Sarah. She seemed frustrated throughout the appointment and openly complained while doing my hair, which made me feel uncomfortable. She also rescheduled my appointments multiple times, even though I had booked them well in advance, which dragged out the process significantly. Hannah was amazing while making my appointment and reservation for the next appointments. I instantly felt welcomed when i got there. Macy did a fabulous job with my cut and I can't wait to go back for my color with her. Thank you guys so much!
Very kind staff. I went in to shave my head because I’m undergoing chemo and started losing my hair. They really understood how difficult it was and took extra care with me. I really appreciate how kind and thoughtful they were. I will likely be back once my hair starts growing back.
A few weeks ago I had an “oopsie” and tried to cut my own hair. I was desperately trying to make a same day appointment anywhere I could, and The Glam Room South had multiple same day appointments available. I went to a level 1 stylist and she fixed it so quickly and nicely. It was very affordable, too, since they didn’t charge me the full service since I just had her cut it dry. I was in and out within 15 minutes and was very happy with how my hair looked after.
the last review I left for GR South was 4 stars. I arrived on the minute on time and was greeted by 1 of the 4 women sitting behind the counter. The stylist took me back, and we started the -what are you looking for- conversation. I stated I liked the color and tone of the highlights last time I was there, with a different stylist.
