Cancelled my appointment less than an hour before my appointment. I booked my schedule according to my appointment to accommodate it, and lost out on appointments and money for it. When that was relayed, the blame was thrown back on me. Unprofessional and so glad I was able to find out prior, I encourage others to also take their business elsewhere to other businesses that are courteous of others time.

The other nail techs at this salon are probably great but my experiences with Angelina were beyond disappointing. This is nothing personal as she seems nice but is also young and probably just doesn’t know how to provide proper customer service. I got my nails done twice with her and both times resulted in lifting within days of getting them done. Great atmosphere, very professional, and awesome service. There are so many options here for your nails. You are in a private room with you and the tech therefore ppl are not screaming across the room, the service is dedicated to you and want you want. Eve definitely takes pride in her craft, therefore I’m sure the other techs does as well. I highly recommend, also the shop is very clean and beautiful.
