First off felt like they didn’t know how to do a Brazilian blowout, took us 6 hours, granted I have thick long hair, took so long the lady who had an apt after me had to cancel. First Lady Carla couldn’t even finish my hair .ecause the chemicals were so strong and had this lady named Dee do the other half of my head, and she made my layers so choppy and cut off way more than what was showed to me.

I came in for the first time, and had an appointment with Nelson. He was absolutely amazing, transformed my hair completely! I truly enjoyed my experience and have found my new go to! The place is clean, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A nice and relaxing environment.

0 star! Made appt for am. I received several calls and an email that they had to reschedule for a pm appt 5 hours later. The young lady I spoke with said she'd be doing my hair. After rearranging my schedule, I headed that way and thought to call. The same young lady answered the phone and acted like she NEVER emailed or called me had already charged my card for the service and gives the phone to another stylist. This stylist stated that the person had left for the day. I can never get that time back and see why you're cons... read more
