I am from Miami fl , and i had the worse experience in this place with the owner , she treat me so bad , I just asked her to wash my hair. she said no we don't do that service unless you make the appointment for that specific :) she did my daughter's curls without washing her hair just with dry shampoo and pulled her hair so hard while she was working on her hair. Customer service was poor and very combative. I was running late due to me mixing up my appointment times, which was on me. However, I was charged an $30 extra for being late when the makeup artist didn’t have to stay all but exactly 5 minutes longer than the reserved appointment time. She rushed my makeup so I felt like that should be expected when you’re late not pay more for the same amount of time..I actually had to redo all my makeup when I got home anyway.
